Mar Azul House 14 in Mar Azul estate in Ponta Malongane is a very spacious 7 bedroom house which can accommodate a total of 22 people. This luxurious spacious double storey house has beautiful sea-views and an upstairs area comprises of a kitchen, dining area, open plan living area with drinks counter and 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.  The living area leads out to a spacious entertainment deck with gas grill and a firepit.   Kitchen appliances includes a double door glass fridge, 2x freezers, 1x bait freezer, microwave, electric stove with gas hob, Jet Master gas grill, tumble dryer and a washing machine.

The downstairs area contains 2 bedrooms, 2 dormitories with 3 bunk-beds, a kiddie’s lounge, 2 bathrooms and laundry area.

There is a total of 4 bathrooms with showers as well as 2 private outdoor showers.

Please note:

Staff Payment – R200 per day (R100 per staff member). Please pay R200 to Albino and he will distribute accordingly. This includes day of arrival and departure.

No pets permitted

No private parties/celebrations/weddings/etc.

No loud music/noise after 10.30pm

No unattended open fires.

All casual labour must be sourced via the Mar Azul Manager.

Guests to advise security in advance of any visitors.  If their name is not with security, they will not be granted access to the estate.Please take note that if you are booked in on Mar Azul Estate and have a boat, jet ski or quad bike, you can park 1 of 2 places, see below:
Park at the security gate (bottom of the hill) R300 a day
Park at the top of the hill (communal parking) – free
If you decide to park at the security gate then ensure that you have enough cash to pay for the parking on your departure date.
