Dive Master Internship

The basic “beginner to pro” package, which is Padi Open water diver through to Padi Divemaster diver.
The breakdown is as follows or tailor-made packages available:
– Open water $345.00 / 21 600 mts
– Advanced $405.00 / 25 400 mts
– Emergency first responder (basic first aid) $130.00 / 8 000 mts
– Rescue $290.00 / 18 000 mts
– Dive Master $1335.00 / 84 000 mts
– Accommodation is available at extra cost to the student. Student can contact Gozo Azul for rates.

This includes:

– All PADI materials, tuition and certification (excluding PADI fees payable to PADI by you on completion of the divemaster course)
– 60 dives
– Equipment rental (although it’s better having your own especially going on to a pro level)
– Unlimited diving (if spaces are available on launches outside of included dives)
– Advise and discounts on equipment purchases
– Advise and repairs on equipment troubleshooting by some of southern Mozambique’s highest trained PADI instructors.

What to expect

If you are looking to be surrounded by beautiful coral & marine life everyday whilst learning new
skills and helping others to develop their passion for diving, you have come to the right place.

A divemaster intership gives you the opportunity to dive everyday whilst learning new skills including dive management and supervision experience. You will learn everything from how to map a reef to filling cylinders, fixing equipment, organizing dives and rescue skills.

Your daily tasks would consist of early mornings where you arrive before the clients and help with
the dive setup and preparation of gear. Paperwork for new clients along with launch sheets, stock
taking and front desk assistance. Assisting instructors on courses, doing safety briefings before dives and debriefings after dives.

It is an amazing experience with so many opportunities to grow and learn not only as a diver but as
