Coco Rico Resort is a unique and remarkable exotic destination, centrally located within walking distance of shops, restaurants, the local market, bank, petrol station, and popular bars, including the ever-loved Fernando’s local pub. Guests can also enjoy easy access to a magnificent stretch of beach offering a variety of water-based activities such as scuba diving, fishing, sundowner cruises, and dolphin interactions.

Accommodation

Coco Rico Resort consists of 20 self-catering units:

• 16 Duplex units
• 4 Simplex units

Each unit accommodates a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children (0–12 years only). Units are serviced daily and include:

• Fully equipped self-catering kitchen
• Spacious lounge
• DSTV
• Air-conditioning
• Mosquito nets in all bedrooms
• Private braai area (charcoal stainless-steel braai provided, charcoal available at reception)

All linen and bath towels are provided, beach towels are not provided.

Duplex Units:

These units feature three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

• Main bedroom (upstairs): King-size bed with full en-suite bathroom (bath, shower, and wash basin)
• Second bedroom (upstairs): Two single beds pushed together with en-suite bathroom (shower, toilet, and wash basin)
• Third bedroom (downstairs): Two single beds pushed together and a bunk bed, with adjacent bathroom (shower, wash basin, and toilet)
• Please note: Bunk beds are for children only (0–12 years).

Simplex Units

These units also feature three bedrooms and three bathrooms, all on one level.

• Main bedroom: King-size bed with full en-suite bathroom (bath, shower, and wash basin)
• Second bedroom: Two single beds pushed together with en-suite bathroom (shower, toilet, and wash basin)
• Third bedroom: Two single beds pushed together and a bunk bed, with adjacent bathroom (shower, wash basin, and toilet)
• Please note: Bunk beds are for children only (0–12 years).

2 Units have a third bedroom and bathroom that are wheelchair-friendly.

Important Information

• A key deposit of R200.00 or 1,000.00 MZN per unit is payable at check-in.
• Check-in time: From 14H00
• Check-out time: Strictly 10H00
• Bathroom towels may not be used at the pool or beach. Beach towels are not provided.
• No wood fires are permitted.
